ELSO’s “Studio Justice” program is excited to announce the return of its annual Exploring Engineering Day (EED) on March 20, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM at OMSI.
This year’s event, themed “Submerged: Dive Into Engineering,” invites youths to explore the exciting world of engineering through hands-on activities, inspiring guest speakers, and exciting prizes.
EED is designed to empower youths in grades 1st-8th to engage with science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAMED) in a fun and interactive way. Attendees will have the chance to participate in a variety of engineering-related challenges and experiments, guided by professionals in the field, who will showcase how engineering shapes the world around us.
This event will include:
- Hands-On Learning: Engage in interactive activities to explore engineering concepts.
- Guest Speakers: Hear from inspiring engineers who will share their experiences and offer advice on pursuing careers in STEAMED fields.
- Free Food & Drinks: Free meal for kids and snacks for adults.
- Special Prizes: Win exciting prizes that highlight the theme of engineering and innovation.
This event is free to attend, but space is limited. Pre-registration is required to secure a spot.
