Join us after school, 4-6pm, February 14-18, for a FREE, virtual week-long design and hip hop camp!
The Hip Hop Architecture Camp introduces middle and high school aged youth of color to architecture, urban planning, creative place making and economic development through the lens of hip hop culture. Camp participants work with architects, urban planners, designers, community activists and hip hop artists to design new visions for their community.
All youth will receive a free Hip Hop Architecture Bag with materials and swag items prior to the event.
The Hip Hop Architecture Camp is free and open to Oregon youth of color and allies, grades 7-12. There is no typical student for the Hip Hop Architecture program. Our students are inspiring architects, urban planners, hip hop artists, musicians, computer game creators, interior designers, industrial designers, politicians and more!
